Grabble Phone App - Fashion Finds at your Fingertips

Fashion right at your fingertips with the Grabble app. Um, I need those pom pom shoes!

I dread to think how much time I've idled away shopping and surfing the shops online during my lunch breaks at work or whilst beavering away on my laptop at home, when I really should be editing photos! Everyone loves the convenience and ease of scrolling through the Topshop website from the comfort of their own home, seamlessly adding their favourite items to the shopping cart and with but a few clicks securing that outfit for dinner with the girls on Saturday night. Now the brands are making it scarily easy (for our bank balances!) to surf, shop and purchase on the go with phone-friendly website and apps being released from the big brands every single week. Waiting for the bus or enduring that daily commute are made that little bit more bearable with these fun and highly addictive apps and the latest icon I've added to my iPhone is Grabble - a free online fashion finder that brings you an endless feed of high-end fashion items with a swipe of your fingertips.

Grabble is pretty cool and has had me hooked ever since I downloaded it last week. The interface and layout is uber-easy to navigate and it works on a simple premise of feeding you new items from numerous high street to high-end retailers, giving you the option to "grab" what takes you fancy or scrolling past those that don't. What I love about this app in particular is that it features so many of my favourite brands so saves me the time trawling through their individual websites by bringing me all their must-haves in one place. You can expect to find Zara, Reiss, Selfridges, Anthropologie, ASOS, Topshop, Urban Outfitters and Net-a-Porter to name but a few on Grabble and my grabbed list is already brimming with Summer wardrobe essentials. The app also includes daily trend edits, so you can shop the 70s vibe or denim minis easily, and the more you swipe the more personalised your feed becomes which I think is great...yet dangerous for my credit card! At the moment Grabble can take you through to the brand's website to purchase your grabbed items but in a few weeks it is launching its very own Grabble checkout so you can buy your whole saved collection in one simple click. This is brilliant when you are short of time and want to add lots of new items to your wardrobe, fuss-free with a swipe on your iPhone.

This cream is packed full of Asian fruit extract which energises tired eyes, algae extracts that brightens and reduces puffiness and yeast complex that smoothes the look of fine lines. I've really enjoyed using both these products over the last three or four weeks and think they would suit most skin types. They are slightly fragranced, nothing that offended me, but some might not like the subtle flowery scent. I particularly love the whipped light consistency that really sinks into your skin in a flash without any greasy residue or feeling overloaded. Used together they have definitely help keep my skin looking healthy and the under eye cream in particular feels like it has 'lifted' and smoothed the skin slightly making me look a lot more awake as I stumble into the bathroom in the mornings! All in all, a really nice duo of skincare products and definitely something worth checking out if you are in the market for a new moisturiser. New Cheek Pops from Clinique

With Summer literally just around the corner, Clinique are taking the opportunity to add to their Summer makeup essentials to ensure skin is kept pretty, easy and fun. Along with some new skin saviours to get you holiday-ready such as Take the Day Off Oil (very exciting!) and a Moisture Surge Face Spray, Clinique have created three new Cheek Pop blush shades which I am really really happy about!

The Cheek Pops from Clinique are some of my favourite blushers and you can read all about my love for these blossoming blushers right here from when the original range was launched last March. I find myself reaching for these pretty powders time and time again and I think it is down to the natural flush they provide without any trace of powder or build up on your cheeks. The formula is lavishly silky and blends beautifully onto the apple of your cheeks for a subtle blush or a more vibrant finish, depending on how you are feeling. There is not a hint of glitter or sparkle in these blushers yet they have a wonderful ability to kiss your cheeks with a gorgeous sheen that stops the powder being flat or dull on your complexion.

So it was very exciting when I heard that three new Clinique blusher shades will be joining this cheeky collection - Melon Pop and Pink Pop (pictured left to right) and finally Rosy Pop. Melon Pop is by far my favourite Pop of colour from these new additions - it is a beautiful blend of pink, peach and coral tones and is going to be top of my blusher picks this Summer!

Cleansing has become quite the 'it' word in the world of beauty over the last few years and skincare fanatics are all too aware that a thorough cleanse-tone-moisturise system is a surefire step towards healthy, happy, glowing skin.

Vichy is one of those brands that I trust when it comes to skincare and rightly so considering they boast over 80 years experience and expertise in caring for women's skin. With so many skincare brands and bold claims on the market at one time it can be a bit overwhelming to choose the right products that will benefit your skin and fit in with your lifestyle which is why Vichy has released some new additions and some re-branded favourites from their popular Purete Thermale range. This collection of cleansers, toners, scrubs and micellar water prove to be quick yet effective for us busy women who are after a fast fix in the morning yet maybe a more leisurely cleansing ritual in the evening.

The three products I have recently added to my skincare routine are the Cleansing Micellar Solution (£12), the 3 in 1 Cleanser (12) and finally a new Cleansing Gel (£12). All are suitable for all skin types, but specifically gentle on sensitive skin, and help to protect your complexion from hard water that can deposit limescale on to the skin - causing drying and irritation.

The Cleansing Micellar Solution is a great non-aggressive step to effectively remove all stubborn makeup and impurities without irritating the skin. Simply douse the light liquid onto a cotton wool pad and sweep over your skin to leave it feeling supple and smooth. I do like to always have a micellar water on the go and I particularly like this one as it leaves you skin feeling refreshed without any greasy residue. The New Cleansing Gel is an innovative anti-pollution expert cleanser which frees the skin of impurities and pollutants. It is enriched with Glycerin and Mooring to deeply cleanse and protects cells from pollution nasties and the gel formula gently foams up when rinsed with water leaving the skin fresh, clear and soft. I have never been much a fan of gel-based cleansers but this one has won me over - it is quick and efficient and perfect for a morning cleanse to awaken the skin. Finally we have the 3 in 1 Cleanser which is the ultimate quick yet effective step in a busy women's regime. This creamy solution is a multi-purpose cream and contains everything you need to cleanse, tone and remove a full face of makeup. The fresh, no-rinse texture (just massage on and wipe off with cotton pad/cloth) doesn't leave the skin feeling oily or sticky in any way and does get rid of pretty much every scrap of makeup without drying my skin out. With one sold every 20 seconds across the world I can definitely see why this is a firm favourite for many!

Ever since the original Marc Jacobs perfume was released all those years ago, this New York-born fashion designer has really made his mark on the fragrance world and his perfume collection boasts a few of my firm favourites such as Daisy, Lola, Dot and Marc Jacobs Honey. With their feminine bottles, memorable designs and sweet-sounding names they are undoubtedly a favourite amongst many of you and the latest launch to hit the perfume aisle is just as lovely as all the rest.

Marc Jacobs sees the release of two new Sorbet Edition Eau de Toilettes - the Daisy Sorbet and the Daisy Eau So Fresh Sorbet, both beautifully sheer, sparkling and luminous with every spritz. The Daisy Sorbet Edition is a fresh blend of florals with a touch of fruit - my favourite combination! It is described as dewy, fresh and fun and evokes a sense of happiness with its sweet blend of notes. The effervescent scents of juicy mandarin and apple blossom mingle with fresh magnolia and creamy woods which give the scent a slightly musky finishing aroma as it dries down on the skin. I love the mix of fruits and florals which ensures this eau de toilette is sweet, light, zesty and perfect for the summer - much like a icy cool sorbet itself on a warm day.

Sweet-Smelling Hair thanks to Fudge Urban

When it comes to beauty products, first and foremost we want them to perform. We want great colour payoff, a flawless base, lashes that tickle our eyebrows and hair products that really do give us that just-walked-out-the-salon finish. But let's face it, a spot of pretty packaging and some seriously irresistible scents does help sway the old decision-making process whilst cruising the aisles of Boots. "To buy or not to buy...?"

Fudge Urban hair range has always been that fun, affordable brand you instantly spot in your local Superdrug with the colourful packaging that begs to be picked up and investigated more. Hair spray and dry shampoo are probably too products that everyone has in their haircare stash at home  - a must-have to keep locks in place or when they are in need of a quick refresh between washes. Maybe once regarded as quite a rudimentary product, hair spray and dry shampoo doesn't usually get me very excited but Fudge Urban have spiced things up and given these staples a sweet-smelling makeover. Their Iced Coconut Cocktail hair spray is like a tropical dream whereas the Crisp Pear & Vanilla dry shampoo is fruity and smooth and really freshens up those limp locks. The fragrance is quite strong and could be a little overwhelming if used to excess in a confined space but a little spritz here and there is a simple way to get some sweet-smelling hair in an instant.

The Vera Wang Princess perfume line has become quite an iconic collection over the years (I think I have own all of those heart-shaped bottles with their bejewelled crown ring at some point!) and the latest launch, Hippie Princess, could prove to be my favourite one yet!

With the long Summer days fast approaching and the colourful festival season nearly upon us, this newest scent from the Vera Wang Princess line encapsulates the free-spirited, happy vibe of the Summer season. With its bright colours and bohemian-inspired prints, the packaging is so pretty and literally makes you want to grab your flower crowns and dance bare-foot under the golden sun. Hippie Princess is for the brave, happy girl destined for greatness.

As for the scent, Hippie Princess effortlessly shines with a captivating palette of exotic fruits and gentle florals. Their is a playful indulgence of Red Mango and floral White Freesia balanced out by the juicy notes of Apricot Nectar and smooth Lotus Flower. At the heart of the fragrance is soft Blonde Woods, sheer Pink Musk and creamy Vanilla which warms the scent as it dries down on the skin. This perfume is really lovely and so perfect for the Summer. It is light and fruity, gently mellowed out with the musk and vanilla notes, keeping it sweet...but not too sweet! It is genuinely a happy, uplifting fragrance and I can imagine this being a beautiful scent to purchase at the airport as you prepare to fly off for a laid-back two weeks in the Mediterranean sun. It is the perfect fragrance to spritz before you head out for an evening of colourful cocktails!

invisibobble. The Traceless Hair Ring

Hair bands, ties and bobbles. Granted they are probably not the most exciting of beauty products to discuss but let's face it, pretty much every girl will use them and they are always a must-have to keep in your makeup bag, on your vanity table or buried deep at the bottom of your gym bag. When I first saw the craze of the invisibobble burst onto the hair-trend scene I definitely did not get it. Colourful bands slightly reminiscent of phone cord wire baffled me and I fiercely clung onto my old school elastic hair ties.

Fast forward a month or so and having actually tried out these magic little hair rings I can hold my hands up and say "I am converted"! The invisibobble isn't the most glamorous of looking hair tools but functionality-wise they are just awesome! So what makes them so good? The list of positives is almost as long as Rapunzel's locks but I will try and summarise why I am reaching for an invisibobble every morning, after the shower and on my way to my favourite exercise class.

You know that age old hair problem - your hairband is just too loose when wrapped round twice but too tight after three twists?! Cue endlessly having to re-tie your hair up or having to suffer from those hairband headaches! You only need a pea-sized amount to transform your skin from dull to dazzling!

Finally we have two new limited edition Ombre Iridescente (£19) available in shades 01. Aquatic Rose and 03 Aquatic Grey. These cream-to-powder eyeshadows beautifully enhance the eye with a pearlescent veil for an easy day or night look. The consistency is creamy but firm and is best applied with a fingertip, warming the cream slightly in the pot then blending it over your eyelid. Aquatic Rose is my absolute favourite shade and one that I can see myself wearing a lot over the Summer. It is similar in colour to MAC's All That Glitters but the finish and intensity is even more lustrous and is so pretty applied all over the eye for a simple, bronzed look. Pair this with light yet luminous skin and  warm, bronzed cheeks and you are pretty much Summer ready!
